Springtime is offering the following irrigation services available to our valued customers for the 2012 season. We have discontinued the service of automatic sign-up for previous customers, so ALL returning customers must return this form with elected services for 2012.

Please fax, mail or e-mail this form back to us before March 25, 2012. Additional charges may apply if received after March 25^th, 2012.

Start-Up $55.00 First 4 zones, $5.00 each additional zone
Irrigation Backflow Test (required annually by water districts) $45 for each device
Domestic Backflow Test (required annually by water districts) $45 for each device
Winterizations $55.00 first 4 zones, $5.00 each additional zone
Package (Start up, Irrigation BF Test, Winterization) Total package price $145.00 + $10.00 each additional zone
