Bill is the owner & president of Springtime Landscape & Irrigation He started the company out of the back of the family station wagon in 1981.  He has a B.S. from OSU in Resource Recreation Management.    At Springtime Bill works to create a positive culture, he is responsible for building the management teams, and he sets and oversees the budget.   In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting and golf.   Bill has been married to his wife DeeDee for 24 years and they have 3 children, Connor who is 15 and a student at Mountain View High school, and Cody & Mikayla who are 12 years old and students at Tumalo Elementary.
