Bill Palmese
Bill is responsible for supervising maintenance crews, he is a commercial pesticide applicator and a snow plow operator.
Bill has 30+ years experience in the green industry with an Associate of Arts degree from COCC. A resident of Deschutes County for 32 years, Bill has worked for the county road department, City of Bend, Bend Metro Parks & Rec, the US Forest Service, and has been with Springtime since 1999. Bill is also a veteran of the US Army and served 14 years in the Oregon National Guard (cavalry), as a tank platoon sergeant and training nco. Bill and his wife Terri were married at the Deschutes County courthouse in 1978 and have two daughters.
