Kate has been with Springtime since 2007. She graduated from CSU Monterey Bay in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in communications. She stepped into a newly created human resources role and has grown with the company. She is currently responsible for human resources, payroll, webpage administration and the safety committee. She lives in Bend with her husband and two children.
